Renée has been a member of BPW since 1995, and firmly believes in its mandate. She currently holds the positions of 2nd Vice President, and Chairs the Membership and Promotions committees for the Durham chapter.

As the founder and principal Image and Workforce Development Coach of ImageMatters, it is her mission to give everyone an insurance policy on their style of communication. She helps her clients recognize the specific image and confidence issues, which may be preventing them from real success.
